How should I store my coffee?
To keep your coffee fresh and flavourful, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep all packaging tightly sealed after opening to preserve aroma and taste.
How much caffeine is in decaffeinated coffee?
Decaffeinated coffee contains only a very small amount of caffeine. Most of the caffeine is removed during the process, but trace levels can remain naturally.
What’s the difference between whole beans and ground coffee?
Whole beans are unground coffee that you grind yourself for the freshest taste. Ground coffee is pre-milled and ready to use, offering convenience for different brewing methods.
Are your coffee capsules compatible with my machine?
Yes. Our aluminium coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso® machines, and our pods are designed for the machines stated in each product description.
Shipping & Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened coffee products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. If your order is delayed, our support team will be happy to assist.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we mainly deliver within the UK. For special international delivery requests, please contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
